Test Prints
Test prints are ideal for evaluating color management and monitor calibration, helping you determine which paper best suits your photography style. You can print a single photo on all the paper types we offer to examine the results. You are free to purchase a paper set (Includes one piece each of Smooth Matte, Texture Matte, and Luster), Amalfi paper, or both.
    • All test prints are made on 20×30 cm (7.87×11.81″) paper with a 2:3 aspect ratio.
    • File Cropping: If the file size does not meet the requirements, the system will automatically crop it to fit the print size.
    • For the paper set of Smooth Matte, Texture Matte, and Luster, the submitted image will be printed full bleed (edge to edge). The submitted files must be at least 2360×3543 pixels at 300 DPI in JPG format.
    • For Amalfi Paper used in the Edge Series, due to the unique craftsmanship, it will have a white border to showcase its natural edges. The actual printed image size is 15.2×25 cm (5.98×9.84″). You do not need to submit a file with the white border—we will add it during production. Submitted image must be at least 1794×2952 pixels at 300 DPI in JPG format.

Paper sets are carefully selected samples showcasing different paper effects. These samples help you better understand the texture and suitability of various materials. The paper types we offer include:

Cover Samples

We provide samples of various fabric and leathers, allowing you to feel the textures and select materials that best fit your brand style.

Album/Print Storage

Your album is a meticulously handcrafted piece, made with premium archival materials to preserve your most precious memories. With proper care, it can be cherished for generations to come. To ensure its longevity, please follow these guidelines:

  • Storage: Store the album flat when not in use. Avoid placing it upright or in contact with sharp or rigid objects.
  • Avoid placing heavy objects or sharp items on the albums to prevent cover material indentations.
  • Ideal humidity: Store albums in an environment with 40%-50% humidity. Extremely dry or humid conditions can affect cover and page quality.
  • Recovery from bending: If the album core bends, place it in a moderately humid environment for 24-48 hours and gently place a weight on top to help it recover.
  • Storage location: Avoid storing albums in uncontrolled environments like attics or basements.
  • Avoid strong light exposure: Long-term exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading.
Production and Shipping
  • Production Time: Production time may vary due to seasonal fluctuations. The estimated production time for Prime and Airy is 10 business days, and other series take about 10 to 15 buniness days.
  • Order Confirmation: Ensure you check the order details (e.g., address, zip code) carefully. Incorrect information may cause shipping delays.
  • Working Day Calculation: Production time is calculated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Payment Methods and Sales Tax

Credit Card Payments: We accept the following credit card payment methods:Visa, Mastercard, Visa Checkout, MasterPass, Maestro

Sales Tax: As a wholesaler, your orders do not require sales tax unless you are in Kentucky. If you have a valid resale certificate, you can submit it for sales tax reimbursement.

From design and embossing to paper selection and printing, we carefully control every aspect to create pieces that showcase perfect artistic quality, providing unparalleled visual and tactile experiences for you and your clients.

Prepare Your Image
  • Prepare your image

We recommend using professional calibration tools to regularly adjust your screen display to ensure that the on-screen image closely matches the final print results.

Use sRGB for editing and export the files as high-resolution JPGs at 300 DPI.

At 300 DPI, each 300 pixels corresponds to 1 inch of printed photo. For example, if Photo A has dimensions of 4500×3000 pixels at 300 DPI, its optimal print size would be 15×10 inches or smaller. When arranging the layout, please make sure that the printed size of Photo A on the paper is no larger than 15×10 inches. If it exceeds this size, the print may lose sharpness or even show pixelation.

    For example:

The Sony A7 IV (33.0 MP) has a maximum resolution of 7008 x 4672, so without croping the image, its ideal print size would be 23.4×15.6 inches or smaller.

The Sony A7R V (61.0 MP) has a maximum resolution of 9504 x 6336, so without croping the image, its ideal print size would be 31.68×21.12 inches or smaller.

Please note that the final printing quality can be affected by various factors from the camera, to the computer screen, and to the print paper. The resolution of the camera and lens, high ISO settings, excessive post-editing, etc. can all impact the final precision of the photo on the print paper. A simple and effective way to check the print quality is to view the photo at 100% magnification on a high-resolution monitor (at least 4K) and visually inspect it; this should give you a closer idea of the final print resolution. Please remember that before proceeding with the prints, we need to ensure the images are sharp enough and the noise levels meet your standards.

Fundy Designer and Smart Albums have specifications pre-programmed into their software, so using them will increase your workflow efficiency. Please note that these software will only alert you if the photo resolution is insufficient, but they won’t notify you about the image quality. As mentioned above, there are many factors that affect the final print result.

Trim & Bleed

Trim Margins (mark as red in Fundy)
During production, we will trim approximately 1/8 inch off all albums. If you’re designing a full-bleed photo, please ensure that no important photo details are placed in this area. To create a full-bleed image in the album, the photo must extend to the very edge of the layout file.

Safety Margins (mark as green in Fundy)
We recommend avoiding placing any images within the safety area. If your layout includes a border around the photo, we suggest leaving at least 0.6 inch of space. (Please note that during production, we will trim approximately 1/8 inch off the edges, regardless of the album size.)

Layout

Use a White Background Whenever Possible

Please keep the design clean and simple, ideally with a white background. Position images about an inch away from the page edges for a balanced layout.

Keep Images Away from the Fold

Images near the fold may develop creases over time. To maintain the clarity and perfection of your pictures, avoid placing important images, especially faces, directly in the center of a spread.

Avoid Full-Page or Bleed Printing

Keeping images at least 1 inch away from the spread edges ensures that your album’s edges remain free from potential ink peeling. This prevents fingers from touching the ink while flipping pages, allowing only the paper to be handled.

Requirement Applicable Only to The Edge Series

* Paper Measurement8x12” Vertical (exact paper measurement: 7.95” x 11.57”)13×10” Horizontal (exact paper measurement: 13.34” x 9.61”)* We have found that simpler designs best highlight the artistic aesthetic of the Edge Series. We recommend limiting the number of photos per page, with one photo per page providing the best presentation. Please use white background only.
* Due to the special binding method and the naturally deckled edges of the paper, please keep images away from the folding, and avoid full-page or bleed printing. We require keeping the photos at a distance from the edges. The distance between the photo and the centerline should be at least 1″, and at least 1.25″ from the other three sides.* Since The Edge Series’ special binding method leaves the left side as the inside of the cover, it cannot be printed on, while the right side is the first printable page. Therefore, in the album design files, the left side of the first spread should be blank, with image only on the right. Similarly, in the last spread, the left side should have image, while the right side remains blank.

Debossing

We provide three choices of Debossing: Standard Font, Text + Graphic, and Custom Design. Each style is available in two finishes: Plain or Hot Foil, with foil options in gold, matte gold, rose gold, and matte silver.

Standard Font

In the Standard Font options, we offer a variety of fonts for you to choose from. We provide three embossing combinations: full name, initials in a horizontal layout, and initials in a vertical layout. We also offer five different placement options.

Text + Graphic

In this option, we offer several fixed text and graphic combinations for you to choose from.

Custom Debossing

In this option, you can choose any font and graphic. The graphic must have a transparent background or be in solid black paired with solid white. When uploading the graphic, please set the resolution to 300 DPI and upload it in PNG or JPG format.

We recommend keeping the graphic size within a 2.5×2.5″ range. Ensure the uploaded graphic is adjusted to the actual size using this formula: width or height (in inches) = pixels ÷ 300. For example, if the graphic resolution is 600×450 pixels, the actual debossing size will be 2×1.5 inches.

Studio Dies

We offer a service to create studio dies for you, allowing you to brand the products you sell. This not only enhances the design of the albums but also helps promote your brand.

We charge a one-time fee for creating the studio die, which we keep permanently. There are no additional charges when it’s stamped on the albums. When you need it applied to your products, we will stamp it on the back cover of the albums.

For your studio die, you can choose any font or graphic. The graphic should have a transparent background or be in solid black and white. We recommend keeping the graphic size within a 2.5×2.5″ range. When placing an order, set the image resolution to 300 DPI and upload it in PNG or JPG format. Adjust the uploaded image to the actual size using this formula: width or height (in inches) = pixels ÷ 300. For example, a graphic resolution of 600×450 pixels will result in an actual size of 2×1.5 inches.

Cameo

We offer cameo customization for albums, allowing a photo to be displayed on the cover. It adds a personal touch, provides a preview of the content inside, and enhances the album’s visual appeal, making it more unique and memorable.

We offer a variety of cameo sizes and placement options for albums in different sizes.

Cameo + Debossing

This is exclusive for Prime Series Album. You can choose any position and any form for both. However, please note that cameo and debossing should not be placed in the same position. For example, avoid placing both the cameo and debossing in the center of the cover. Instead, you could position the cameo in the center and the debossing at the bottom of the cover.

Mini Album

We offer one-click generated mini albums, perfect as parent albums or guest albums. Simply click ‘Add Mini Album’ on the album order page. The mini albums will use the same paper type, printing method, cover material, and cover color as the main album. Mini albums do not support cameo. Below are the sizes for mini albums corresponding to the main album sizes:

All square albums: 6×6″
